The watch I ordered was one with perpetual calendar and paid in full. The watch delivered was one without any perpetual calendar and it was a local petty watch. Tried to raise the issue through WhatsApp but now they are keeping silent. Never buy any product from the company....

Dear all this bastard company shiprocket have eaten my 13 parcels of inr 25k still not refunded and not delivered bastards pathic service looser. Don't deal with fraud shiprocket.

My ticket no. 4529743, 4519066,4472318,4464360,4458232, 4426358,4377052, this complaints not solved but in panel marked as resolved. 101% chor fraud company, seniors, customer care and department.

RTO delivery time 75 days, lost shipment refund period 1 month, many many faltu fake policy of this bastard....

TODAY I M REASSIGNED MY ORDER SAME COURIER COMPANY (XPRESSBEES COURIER NEW AWB : [Protected]) BUT STILL MY SHIPMENT NOT PICKED TILL NOW I M CONTACTED BOTH OF COMPANY EXECUTIVES

THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY RESOLUTION ON THIS SO I M BY SELF HANDOVERING COURIER BY OUR PERSON WHEN I AM PLACED ORDER 11TH THIS MONTH STILL MY ISSUE NOT SOLVED I AM MENTALLY DISTURBED ON THIS ISSUE & MONEY,

TIME ALSO WASTE BUT STILL MY ISSUE NOT RESOLVED SO I NEED TO GET COMPENSATION 35K TO THESE 2 COMPANIES CAUSING THIS PROBLEM & NEED TO PUNISHMENT OR ANY FINE BOTH OF COMPANIES 100% NEED TO PAY ME 35K COMPENSATION TO ME

I ordered a Casio gshock watch from a site called G-shock ~ shiprocket worth rs 1880 but now, they've given me a local watch worth less than 500. I'm trying to call up the number but to no avail; no one's responding over WhatsApp either.

There's no option for refund/return and no way to contact the vendor....

I had registered with shiprocket,and chosen option for COD, which my customer has already paid, Rs 9000 it's been a month, shiprocket is not crediting the amount to my account. I have written them mails, called them also.

But they don't seem to take action. Everyday I give them a call and they disconnect my line if they can't answer my questions. Their people sitting in CS are like Robots, they keep repeating same things everyday.

They don't even have higher point escalation. They always say will arrange call back but they never call back. No empathy at all. Their interface is just not user friendly, they keep on changing it.

I have updated my bank account details while registering with them,but they haven't paid me yet my Rs 9000 and they don't intend to it also. I have sent them proof of everything.

Ease help me, I run my small business from home, and this money really matters me. Thank You...

मैंने शिप रॉकेट में मेरा आनंदी रचना वास्तु नाम का कस्टमर अकाउंट है , मैं इन के माध्यमसे मेरे कुंडली , जेम्स स्टोन मेरे कस्टमर को भेजता हूँ। मगर दिनांक १५/१२/२०२१ को अनुराग महाजन , १२३, कमल कुंज , गणेश कॉलोनी में जन्म कुंडली शिप राकेट के अनुरोध पर इकॉम कंपनीके के द्वारा भेजी थी। br br २० डिसेंबर को मुझे डिलेवर का मेसेज आया. २३ डिसेंबर को मेरे कोस्ट्मर का मुझे कुंडली अभीतक मिली नहीं ऐसा मेसेज आया | तो मैंने ८०६१९९०२४९ नंबर पर शिकायत की तो वहा मिस मेघा जी सब बताया ओर सहायता मांगी तो उन्होने आप ३ दिन लेट हुए हो हम आपको मदत नहीं कर सकते है , कहकर हाथ उठा दिए। br br मुझे जो POD मिली उसमे मेरे कस्टमर की सींगनीचर नहीं है , वह फ्रॉड है. शिप रॉकेट का यह शिपमेंट मिसप्लेस का नया मामला नहीं है. कृपया मुझे न्याय दीजिए। ताकि शिप राकेट जैसी कम्पनिया लोगो को ठगे नहीं br Regardsbr Santosh Bairagibr [Protected...

SHIP ROCKET IS A WORST COMPANY OF COURIER SERVICE THEY NOT PICKED UP THE PARCELS ON TIME ALWAYS DELAYED 5 TO 7 DAYS FOR EVERY PICKUP. ALWAYS TRIED 15-20 TIMES CUSTOMER SUPPORT BY CALL AND EMAIL BUT NO RESPONSE.

ALWAYS SAID PICK UP DONE IN 24 HOURS. AND PICK UP BOYS ARE CARELESS TOO. AFTER PICKUP SHEET RECEIVED THEY ARE ALSO NOT PICK UP THE PARCELS AND BEHAVE RUDELY WITH BUSINESS OWNERS.

SO REQUESTED PLEASE CANCELLED THE LICENSE OF THIS TYPE BUSINESS WHO HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR BUSINESS.

I raised a courier request through Shiprocket platform for my customer on 18th August 2021 which was picked up on 28th August 2021. It was a big packet containing 6 items worth Rs 2000 and when it was delivered to customer, it was a small packet having one item only.

At that time my customer was out of town so packet was received by other family members who were not aware of quantity and other details, when my customer came back on 4th September.

She checked the packet and reported about missing items, and I reported the same to customer care team, but they said that it's too late now and the issue should be reported within 48 hours and they can't take any action now.

After many calls and request to investigate this, they took all the proofs and within two days they closed the case mentioning that as per courier SOP, the reporting time is exceeded.

I claimed that I have CCTV footage as well but they are not bothered that a theft case happened here and the culprit should not be avoided like this. It's a clear crime and case of fraud.

Requesting you to look into this matter at the earliest so that they should not get away with a crime like this....

On 16/07/21 we booked a delivery to Bathinda Punjab. which is was placed as CoD mode by mistake . we tried to convert it into prepaid but they didn't change it into prepaid and when the called customer for delivery our customer denied to receive because the already paid for the package.

This all happened because of misunderstanding and when we demanded for 3rd attempt. they initiate RTO on the package and charged the total amount from us which is 4959.12 rupees. we are daily requesting them for refund but they are just wasting our time and denying for the refund....
