Shiprocket: The watch delivered does not have perpetual calendar

The watch I ordered was one with perpetual calendar and paid in full. The watch delivered was one without any perpetual calendar and it was a local petty watch. Tried to raise the issue through WhatsApp but now they are keeping silent. Never buy any product from the company.
