On 16/07/21 we booked a delivery to Bathinda Punjab. which is was placed as CoD mode by mistake . we tried to convert it into prepaid but they didn't change it into prepaid and when the called customer for delivery our customer denied to receive because the already paid for the package.

This all happened because of misunderstanding and when we demanded for 3rd attempt. they initiate RTO on the package and charged the total amount from us which is 4959.12 rupees. we are daily requesting them for refund but they are just wasting our time and denying for the refund.
