This company seems to be FRAUD company. Don't pick calls after taking huge amount of Rs. 10,500/...

Hi , Please dont take the services from this company. They take the payment in advance and they never fix the problem , you have to keep calling them and they will not respond. their technician took the money from us for the RO mother board and he did not sent any person fo15days. after much follow up the person cam and did not fix the RO properly .The RO started leaking after the fix.

We kept calling the company but we did not get any response. so we called the technician after so many calls the technician answered the call and was not ready to listen to the problem and started misbehaving and abusing he said " itne log doosron ke paise khate hain .. Humne kha liye to kya galat kiya." do not know whom to complaint. This is the fraud companny....

I have taken RO amc in February after given amc the did not provide any service any time every time when we call there person we’re busy and some lady is so illiterate and misbehaved every time that this is not provided in amc....

They charged me Rs.5800/- for a year AMC on the guise of Eureka Forbes authorised vendor for RO services. They are fraud, replaced my original parts with duplicate ones and carried the original along. They promised four visits during the year but seldom visited unless i called them. Within one year there were so many complaints and defects which were not properly addressed by them. Now they are demanding additional money to address the defects. They are fraudsters looting your money. stay away from them. ...

AMC was taken for 10,500 INR. in Dec 2021. Since then no one ever called for Servicing.
When I approached them I got the information that the technician will come next day. Its been almost 5 days I am calling them on regular basis, however no technician has come for service.
The receptionist is also very rude and Mannerless. She is just sitting to attend calls and make fool of the customer....

Company called me to take services on 28th March 22 for aquaquard purifier RO , I availed his services to change the filter and also took AMC for them, after few days my RO overflow the water from the machine than I called in company no. Mentioned in the invoice for sending technician to check the machine again but they refuse to send any person after continue follow up for 2week and also same technician person refuse to pick my call.....the company is totally fraud.....no goodwill at all....

This is a fraud company, I took amc from this company 5 months back and after second day of amc my filter machine start giving problem with leakage, short circuit, bad water.

And we are chasing these people since last one week as tap water and filter water coming as same with same tds and same taste but they are just saying today technician will come but no body is coming....

They asked the payment for original PUREIT company filter and these guys instead fitted local filter( part) in the RO. When I asked the technician he said something and went off without giving any proper answer.

It did not work for long. When I called the service center , this lady sitting on reception spoke unwell with me. She was very very RUDE and started shouting and disconnected my call. She said that “poorani baatein choro ab toh paise Lagenge”.

I did not even say that I will not give money but she was shouting like anything which was more shocking to me. Me calling her so many times she every time disconnected. She s Is this a way to operate a service center.

She should be kicked off. This is the worst RO service center I have ever seen. First they did fraud and now that receptionist the owner has hired speaks shit....

They take annual maintenance of 6500 rs and then completely forget about the service they need to provide. They do not pick up the phone. If they do then they behave rudely as if i am asking for free service.

They hang up phone without listening. Its been 4 days my that I have logged a complaint about the RO which is not functioning, but none visited yet. The only thing they have to say is "WAIT"....

Inspite of repeated requests made for service of Eureka Forbes RO, but they are not attending complaints. First Complaint made on 7th April, 2022. In addition to above, so many reminders were given to Mr. Rahul, Supervisor of this company.

On request, I have also provided a copy of my Bill No. 4057 dated 19/08/2021 on their whatsapp, but no heed on my complaint till date. I am also not aware or unable to find mobile number of the owner of the company.

I request the owner of this company, please arrange to provide service engineer of your company at the earliest....
