They charged me Rs.5800/- for a year AMC on the guise of Eureka Forbes authorised vendor for RO services. They are fraud, replaced my original parts with duplicate ones and carried the original along. They promised four visits during the year but seldom visited unless i called them. Within one year there were so many complaints and defects which were not properly addressed by them. Now they are demanding additional money to address the defects. They are fraudsters looting your money. stay away from them.
