They take annual maintenance of 6500 rs and then completely forget about the service they need to provide. They do not pick up the phone. If they do then they behave rudely as if i am asking for free service.
They hang up phone without listening. Its been 4 days my that I have logged a complaint about the RO which is not functioning, but none visited yet. The only thing they have to say is "WAIT".
