They asked the payment for original PUREIT company filter and these guys instead fitted local filter( part) in the RO. When I asked the technician he said something and went off without giving any proper answer.
It did not work for long. When I called the service center , this lady sitting on reception spoke unwell with me. She was very very RUDE and started shouting and disconnected my call. She said that “poorani baatein choro ab toh paise Lagenge”.
I did not even say that I will not give money but she was shouting like anything which was more shocking to me. Me calling her so many times she every time disconnected. She s Is this a way to operate a service center.
She should be kicked off. This is the worst RO service center I have ever seen. First they did fraud and now that receptionist the owner has hired speaks shit.
