Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the protest bike reservation that I had made.I've already called to cancel my bike. The bike's status is now active, meaning it hasn't been cancelled yet. Ticket number Rv[Protected]I have been contacting every 15 days for over two months, but they keep saying the same thing—that your refund request has already been escalated. I have emailed them numerous times already, but they have not returned the money....

I HAVE PURCHASED RV400 FROM THEIR ANDHERI HUB. IN JUNE 2022, AFTER PURCHASING THEY DIDNT EVEN SERVICE MY BIKE NOR THEY ARE BOTHER TO. IN SEPTEMBER 2023 SUDDENLY ON MAIN ROAD MY BIKE STOPPED WHILE RIDDING AFTER HAVING CONTINOUS FOLLOW UP THEY TOLD THAT THEY DONT HAVE PART TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE FOR TEMPRORY BASIS YOU CAN USE CUPLING IN BATTERY AND CAN START RIDDING. AFTER THIS I HAVE FACED ISSUES IN THEIR MOBILIZER, CHARGER AS WELL. AND NOW AFTER SURENDERING MY CHARGER IN OCT.

ONE MONTH PASSED THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO GIVE NEW ONE OR REPAIR THE EXISTING ONE AND FOR JUST GIVING SERVICE WHICH IS IN WARRANTY OF COMPANY THEY ARE CHARGING RS.150/- AS THEIR CHARGES. AFTER GETTING READY TO PAY THEM THE AMOUNT THEY ARE JUST SAYING THAT YOUR COMPLAINT IS IN PROCESS YOU WILL GET A CALL WHENEVER YOUR CHARGER ARRIVES.VERY WORST SERVICE RECEIVED FROM REVOLT FROM ANDHERI AS WELL AS FROM THEIR MAIN OFFICE TOO.I WOULD LIKE TO OPT FOR REFUND....

My bike was working fine but due to brake problem I had to take the bike to the service center.Everything about my bike was perfect, from the sound box to the battery. Then when I came to know that the sound box of my bike had suddenly got damaged, I suspected that it was this. Happened only by the service fraudster. That was perfectly fine sound box after 4 days it sounds burst out..And when I told the company that this is so and how can my sound box get damaged just four days after giving it for your service, they said? Anything is possible....

My have complied with GPRS, Bluetooth issue. Phone n huot getting connected with bike. Nearly 10 days in service station. No one picked my complain. Also very poor response totally pathetic...

I want to share my experience with Revolt Motors over the past 6 months, and it's concerning. Despite the Terms and Conditions stating that I should have received my refund within 7-10 working days, it has now been 6 months, and Revolt Motors still hasn't processed it.

On August 31, 2023 (Reference Number: RV0823155287), I contacted customer care and was informed that my booking was canceled on August 14, 2023, due to a technical issue, and they promised to raise a complaint with a commitment to process the refund within 10 days.

However, on September 12, 2023 (Reference Number: RV0623136938), I followed up, only to hear the same story - no refund has been processed, and I was asked to wait for another 15 days.

This situation raises serious concerns. Is this not a clear case of a scam? It seems like they are holding onto our money without any intention of returning it. When I raised a complaint on Twitter, Revolt blocked me Till today no proper response....

I bought revolt rv 400 bike 3 weeks ago nd within 3 weeks I'm facing charging problem, charger is not working. It is so inconvenient within month bike and charger showing problem, i cannot use my bike due to that the sales person through whom i bought bike is not attending calls, I'm totally disappointed with bike and company customer support. I had too much expectations from company but they disappointed me a lot, the remote key is also not working properly i need to press buttons teice or thrice....

Kl21Y1055 There is failure this flasher Starting problem Stamp were complaint Frist service is paid but not use Charging time is more than 3.30h... According to the rule the first service is free service but this is very cheap....

I purchased revolt RV 400 in April month from Lucknow. I faced many problems first after one month of purchase bike do not give range and average, then in some days battery charging problem arise. I plugged a charger but battery doesn't charge. I contacted service centre, he said to me charge full and take ride in first mode and click photo of every 10km and send to me and I gave my bike to service centre for 10 days . Then bike horn was disturbed. I travel 400 km to pick my bike and I am start test drive for assurance of bike average but bike was suddenly stopped and does not start on the road. In 10 days my bike problem doesn't resolved and also new problem is arise and he said give him bike for more 3 days. Every time new problem is arise. I travel 400 km and this travel cost 6000 every time. I am going to fill complain in consumer court. I want revolt Intellicorp to give me new bike in exchange of my old bike. I also doesn't not received my subsidy after 4 months. Why? I want my subsidy and new bike from revolt Intellicorp Private Limited. My booking amount is not yet refunded even after countless customer service calls, Whatsapp messages, and visit to the dealerships. I have booked my Revolt in 2022 March and was promised the delivery in Apr-May 2022. When I was fed up the false promises from Revolt decided to cancel the booking in August 2022.

Though I cancelled and followed up with Revolt, they shamelessly hung with the booking amount for 4-5 months further. Finally, in Dec 2022, they have entered my official cancellation but to this day in April 2023, still the amount is not been refunded. The company is bogus company and I request people not to purchase vehicle from this company....

I had booked a revolt bike on 21st October 2021 but they did not give delivery till July 2022 so i had cancelled it on 9th July 22 and i received a message that you get your refund within 7 days but 2 months has been passed and i still till now i didn't get my refund amount back. I also talk to customer care several time but they are not doing anything just told that wait wait. Please help me. ...
