Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the protest bike reservation that I had made.I've already called to cancel my bike. The bike's status is now active, meaning it hasn't been cancelled yet. Ticket number Rv[Protected]I have been contacting every 15 days for over two months, but they keep saying the same thing—that your refund request has already been escalated. I have emailed them numerous times already, but they have not returned the money.

I reserved a Revolt Bike for 2022, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel. It has been more than two months since I tried to contact them via phone and Emil to get a refund, but they have not returned my money. They said I need to contact the showroom, which is now closed. Revolt websites state that refunds will be issued within 15 days of cancellation; nevertheless, I'm only receiving an excuse from the firm I need my hard-earned money back but they are giving me excuses
