I want to share my experience with Revolt Motors over the past 6 months, and it's concerning. Despite the Terms and Conditions stating that I should have received my refund within 7-10 working days, it has now been 6 months, and Revolt Motors still hasn't processed it.

On August 31, 2023 (Reference Number: RV0[Protected]), I contacted customer care and was informed that my booking was canceled on August 14, 2023, due to a technical issue, and they promised to raise a complaint with a commitment to process the refund within 10 days.

However, on September 12, 2023 (Reference Number: RV0[Protected]), I followed up, only to hear the same story - no refund has been processed, and I was asked to wait for another 15 days.

This situation raises serious concerns. Is this not a clear case of a scam? It seems like they are holding onto our money without any intention of returning it. When I raised a complaint on Twitter, Revolt blocked me Till today no proper response.
