I purchased revolt RV 400 in April month from Lucknow.
I faced many problems first after one month of purchase bike do not give range and average, then in some days battery charging problem arise. I plugged a charger but battery doesn't charge.
I contacted service centre, he said to me charge full and take ride in first mode and click photo of every 10km and send to me and I gave my bike to service centre for 10 days . Then bike horn was disturbed.
I travel 400 km to pick my bike and I am start test drive for assurance of bike average but bike was suddenly stopped and does not start on the road.
In 10 days my bike problem doesn't resolved and also new problem is arise and he said give him bike for more 3 days.
Every time new problem is arise.
I travel 400 km and this travel cost 6000 every time.
I am going to fill complain in consumer court.
I want revolt Intellicorp to give me new bike in exchange of my old bike.
I also doesn't not received my subsidy after 4 months. Why?
I want my subsidy and new bike from revolt Intellicorp Private Limited.
I faced many problems I want my new bike or either my total bike cost refund.
