Yesterday hardly I was able to contact the exam section to mail my documents to the teacher regulation branch from Parul University. I paid fees already and today I called 7-8 times to get an update but still not responding and not properly behaving. It is the government branch Ministry of Education, and how your workers represent your university worldwide.

I have proof that I mailed and contacted your department but they not responding in such a manner. I also wrote Proper main with the subject because your staff not have basic knowledge of English language....

I trust this message finds you well. I am Siddhesh Ramhari Aher, writing to urgently address critical issues surrounding my provisional admission to the Master of Business Administration - Marketing program at Parul University, Vadodara at date 20/11/2023.Due to unforeseen family financial constraints, I communicated my decision to cancel my admission to Mr. Pawan Padvi senior admission counselor parul University, on 27/11/2023. Despite my situation, he stated that a refund is not possible. Subsequently, I requested the possibility of transferring my admission to a certificate course. However, after multiple assurances to wait for 3-4 days, Mr. Pawan Padvi has now conveyed that both options are not feasible.

In my attempts to seek clarity, I also reached out to another admission counselor named Prachi. She mentioned that a refund is possible if the cancellation occurs within 30 days I have call recording of that. I want to emphasize that I communicated the cancellation of my admission within just 6 days. Notably, there is no mention of a cancellation policy on the university's website or in the provisional admission letter. Additionally, crucial details such as the start date of classes and the last day of admission are not provided in provisional admission letter.

Adding to my concern, online complaints against Parul University are numerous, indicating a widespread issue.This lack of information and the challenges I am facing have led to significant confusion and frustration. Moreover, despite multiple attempts, calls are not being answered, and emails are being ignored.
I urgently seek your intervention to clarify the following:

1. The university's official cancellation policy, especially considering the early stage of my cancellation request.

2. Alternatives for transferring my admission to a certificate course, as previously suggested.

Your prompt attention to these matters is crucial, and I sincerely hope for a swift and positive resolution.

Parul university is not taking Study and mess food seriously. The food quality of mess is very poor in quality. All students are waiting in the classroom for study their subject but teacher are not comes and if the comes then it feel times for student....

Parul is a good university no doubt, but if someone can't take admission due to their personal reasons or something else so they are eligible for the refund of admission fees , as I'm eligible for the admission fees refund because I'm unable to take admission there due to my personal reasons. And i have done all the procedures according to their fees refund policy, but i think that they don't even care. They take admission fees in the name of that this is refundable but no they do frauds.

I have mailed them so many time and even i have call them but they don't even response anywhere nor even in call or in e-mail. It's already one month and everything they just copy paste one thing that your fees refund is in process does it takes 1 months to refund the fees. It was my biggest mistake to submit INR 10,000 rs in the name of admission fees but they only take the money and after that they don't care whether you wanted to take admission or not. I'll only suggest everyone that don't submit any admission fees in parul university because they will not refund your fees....

However, despite fulfilling all the necessary requirements and submitting the withdrawal request on time, I am yet to receive the promised refund. I have attempted to contact the admissions office multiple times through phone calls and emails, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or clarification regarding the delay in processing my refund. This lack of communication and failure to refund the due amount is causing me significant financial strain, and it has left me extremely disappointed with the university's handling of this matter. I sincerely urge you to look into this matter urgently and initiate the refund process for the INR 10,000 that is rightfully owed to me. I trust that the university will take immediate action to resolve this issue and uphold its commitment to fairness and transparency. If the matter is not resolved promptly, I regret to inform you that I will have no choice but to explore other avenues, including seeking legal advice, to recover the due amount. I kindly request a response within the next 15 business days to confirm the initiation of the refund process or to provide a valid explanation for the delay. ...

Hi myself Aswathy Ram R , 5 days ago I took a decision of joining your reputed university to pursue msc.IT -cyber security and forensics ..but due to sudden change of decision of doing that abroad I have dropped that plan. As I have paid my admission fees ₹10 ,000 in online mode , would like to get it back refunded to me as per the university policy and norm . So I kindly request you to help me in this regard.

I paid 10,000 Provisional Admission fee on 11/07/2023 and I decided to withdraw the admission on the same date 11/07/2023 but they denied to give even a single penny! I emailed Parul University for the refund but no response. This is a fraud way of keeping the money of innocent students. 10,000 is not a small amount and it must be refunded if the candidate chooses to withdraw the admission.

I have registered complaint in jago grahak jago and have tweeted the same to ugc, Parul University, consumer affairs. I'm definitely not going to take this fraud lightly. I need my money back....
