Parul University: FEE REFUND

I HAVE CANCELLED MY ADMISSION ON 30 AUGUST AND THE MANAGEMENT (PARUL MAM) HAS WRITTEN ON MY APPLICATION THAT REFUND SHOULD BE PROCEED AFTER 30 SEPTEMBER BUT TILL NOW I DIDN'T GET THE REFUND. THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ME.
