Yesterday hardly I was able to contact the exam section to mail my documents to the teacher regulation branch from Parul University. I paid fees already and today I called 7-8 times to get an update but still not responding and not properly behaving. It is the government branch Ministry of Education, and how your workers represent your university worldwide.

I have proof that I mailed and contacted your department but they not responding in such a manner. I also wrote Proper main with the subject because your staff not have basic knowledge of English language.
