I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the refund process for my admission withdrawal at Parul University. I believe that I am entitled to a refund of INR 10,000, which was the initial admission fee paid during the application process.
IDue to unforeseen personal circumstances, I was compelled to withdraw my admission from the university before the commencement of classes. I followed all the prescribed procedures for withdrawal and adhered to the university's guidelines for the same.
As per the university's policy, it was explicitly stated that a refund of the admission fee would be granted to students who withdrew their admission before the start of the academic term. In my case, I officially withdrew my admission well within the specified deadline, which makes me eligible for a full refund of the admission fee as per your institution's regulations.
However, despite fulfilling all the necessary requirements and submitting the withdrawal request on time, I am yet to receive the promised refund. I have attempted to contact the admissions office multiple times through phone calls and emails, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or clarification regarding the delay in processing my refund.
This lack of communication and failure to refund the due amount is causing me significant financial strain, and it has left me extremely disappointed with the university's handling of this matter.
I sincerely urge you to look into this matter urgently and initiate the refund process for the INR 10,000 that is rightfully owed to me. I trust that the university will take immediate action to resolve this issue and uphold its commitment to fairness and transparency.
If the matter is not resolved promptly, I regret to inform you that I will have no choice but to explore other avenues, including seeking legal advice, to recover the due amount.
I kindly request a response within the next 15 business days to confirm the initiation of the refund process or to provide a valid explanation for the delay.
