Placed an prepaid order of more than ₹5k on September and after 4 months there is nothing on the delivery. They neither refund or send product. Customer care number is non functional and WhatsApp nobody picks call. Have been messaging them daily since last 4 months and they just say next week.

I have already placed complaint in customer court. Save yourself , never buy from this site. They are extremely rude and even after complaining to file a complaint they behave extremely bad and there is absolutely no intention of refunding the money or sending the product. Everyday they come up with new reason for delay....

Have paid for goods on aug 16 no products delivered they don't respond. Do not deal with this company...

I placed order on may 31st and wanted delivery atleast in 15-16 days .I messed them in watzaap they said they will try to deliver and inform me about it.there after never got any update on the expected date they can dispatch or deliver.they don’t response to mail or watzaap properly and as I was outside India because of the different time zone by the time I message I get an auto reply stating that their time for the day is over and they are not available on Friday,Saturday and sunday.fed up of following up with them asking about delivery date or the details of when the product will be ready to dispatch for which I never got any proper response.they themselves can’t give you an expected date by which they can dispatch their own product.

After I asked for cancellation and refund they came up with strange cancellation policy they have that they will give you store credit or product replacement.I said I don’t want to purchase any product from you I want my money back.they are saying they can’t give money.and they are taking money for a product that is not even ready to ship.

Please dont get fooled by this fraudulent thing.I can ready many negative reviews about them.I am sure the one or two positive replies are from their own people to cover them up.please dont place any order with them.they just show beautiful images of models wearing clothes to attract customers and they don’t have those clothes with them....

I placed 3 orders worth Rs. 18,000 almost. Its been 6months and they claim that delivery was attempted which is a clear lie. I've tracking details which shows package has been delivered back to them. There's a delivery company named trackon whose delivery agent marked false delivery attempt.

I tried contacting them too but there was no response either. I placed order of 5 items and they didn't even delivered one. Please look into this matter as we are not getting any help from shopping website Nirbani and nor from delivery company trackon....

I order a white kurti on 2nd October for my mom and also from mom's Facebook ...today 25th December, still i didn't received any products...also i can't track my products...they don't have any proper app or link, where i can check details in properly...also they don't have any COD option so i used my dad's debit card for purchasing ..that was almost 3600.Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Order no - 53164, placed on Feb 20, 2022, payment of 6098 made online. Order placed for 2 items. Only 1 received. Called multiple times for the other item. Call is blocked or disconnected.

No response on Whatsapp or mail. Either refund the amount or have the product sent....

This is regarding order no. 49991. I have ordered some stuff on nirbani on 21st July, 2021. I am tired of calling and contacting their team but they always used to lie. sometimes they said it will be delivered soon but they always lie.

They are not refunding my money also....

Its been more than a month of order which is of 8447/- for three pieces but not deliveries has been made yet. When asked they say it takes 1-3 months for order delivery as they say two pieces are ready and third one is remaining which is not mentioned anywhere on the website.

When said to parcel the other two orders they said they will do and share the awb number which is not done yet. when asked to cancel the order they say there’s no cancellation policy which is really worst.

They take people’s hard earned money. Fraud people.This is really getting frustrating. Does these complaints get resolved? I don’t think so. Please suggest. Also do we have an option of suing this company....

Please do not purchase from Nirbani it's a fraud company that only provides pathetic service. I have bought two dresses and both of them are not worth 4K and now they are giving such pathetic policies which say the refund can be provided as wallet money or exchange the product which is not acceptable at all.

Worst of all is the support, not sure if that's one person who handles all the support channels or different people but trusts me all of them are pathetic and rude as hell, there is no empathy or they don't agree with their mistake and they don't feel apologetic which made me more frustrated.

I don't want anyone else to face this issue so I'm mentioning their contact details just to be sure.

Shown fake image on their site of d product costs rs. 4949 n deliver d product after so much harassment. Which is not worth of rs. 1000. Nothing was same not even fabric and buttons and design.

The r making fool by doing so when asked y d same product is not delivered. They replied date they make replicas which is not mentioned. Anywhere on their site. Even ask to return.

Started harassing again. Attached d image of product shown on site n d product that is delivered....
