I placed the order on Sept 25 for 3 items:
- Bow top size s
- Clear heels size UK 7
- Skyla Coord set size S
Order number: #10270
I received the clear heels. But haven’t yet received the delivery of the Bow top. I received the Skyla coord set on 10th Oct. My problem started with the Skyla coord set. I reached out to their customer care WhatsApp number. Firstly, their response time is slow. They don’t respond properly.
Then I also reach out to them via their Instagram handle. A lot of back and forth ensued. Here is the issue.
1. On their website, for this particular coord set, the size chart for size small has two different measurements listed. In the pictures, the waist size for size S says 26 inches to 28 inches. But on their size guide, the size small shows that the waist size is 26 inches.
2. The piece delivered to me is the wrong size. The measurements of the waist is 30 inches. The shorts are really long and the waist and the hips are bigger than their listed small size. The size of the top is also bigger than the listed measurements on their website.
3. I sent them images of the measurements of the piece delivered to me on Instagram and on WhatsApp.
4. They refused to accept their mistake and kept saying the size delivered is correct but the measurements taken of the piece delivered is bigger.
5. They are refusing to either accept a return and give a refund or even exchange this for the correct size I ordered. They delivered the wrong size to me and are not ready to accept their mistake and not ready to exchange it for the correct size.
6. They asked me to get it altered. This clothing set is a delicate piece.
7. I still took it to my tailor. He also confirmed that the waist size is 30 inches (which is not size small as per the size guide on the vendor’s website).
8. The tailor said that the garment piece could get damaged if I attempted to get it altered.
9. So I asked femi9 to take this garment back since they delivered the wrong size to me and give me the correct size that I had ordered.
10. They are refusing to accept their mistake of sending the wrong size. They are refusing to accept their mistake. They are refusing to get it exchanged for the correct size that I ordered and fully paid for.
11. They said they can alter it but cannot guarantee that it won’t get damaged. They refuse to take responsibility for the alteration if it goes wrong.
12. I am stuck with a very expensive piece of garment costing INR 2799.
13. They have been talking to me very rudely and this whole situation has been EXTREMELY stressful. Never faced this kind of situation. I ended up getting an anxiety attack because of them and their mistake.
I have all the images, and screen recordings of their listed product on their website, the sizing chart, the images of the order delivered to me along with the measurements that clearly show that they delivered the wrong size to me, and all the conversations. Please reach out to me for further proof like video, images, and their website listing of all that I have mentioned in this complaint. Would gladly provide all the proof. SCAM ALERT! SHOPPERS PLS BEWARE THAT THIS BUSINESS COULD POTENTIALLY SCAM YOU TOO AND EITHER DELIVER THE WRONG SIZE OR NOT DELIVER ALL YOUR ORDERS OR SIMPLY REFUSE TO GIVE A PROPER REOLUTION FOR THEIR MISTAKE.
