I placed 3 orders worth Rs. 18,000 almost. Its been 6months and they claim that delivery was attempted which is a clear lie. I've tracking details which shows package has been delivered back to them. There's a delivery company named trackon whose delivery agent marked false delivery attempt.

I tried contacting them too but there was no response either. I placed order of 5 items and they didn't even delivered one. Please look into this matter as we are not getting any help from shopping website Nirbani and nor from delivery company trackon.
