Placed an prepaid order of more than ₹5k on September and after 4 months there is nothing on the delivery. They neither refund or send product. Customer care number is non functional and WhatsApp nobody picks call. Have been messaging them daily since last 4 months and they just say next week.
I have already placed complaint in customer court. Save yourself , never buy from this site. They are extremely rude and even after complaining to file a complaint they behave extremely bad and there is absolutely no intention of refunding the money or sending the product. Everyday they come up with new reason for delay.
