I have ordered an outfit for my karwachauth on 30th sept and till date I have not received it. Every time I am calling them and I am getting to know different dates for delivery. I am asking them for tracking no. And they are not even providing the same. I still have not received my outfit. Highly poor service!!! Zero customer satisfaction..!!!

Ordered a suit…and they sent a different defective product…and after sending it back…they are not sending the new product, and non sending back the money…they are fraud, they dont respond after taking money. Husband and wife both are frauds. Warning you guys…dont order from them

Hi, Same happened to me as well. At my daughter's wedding, we ordered a dress and transferred money but to date, nothing received .she has blocked us from Insta and not responding to what,s app calls. She has Blocked my number so can not call. There,s a guy named Suesh Sehgal who picks up the call and says he will sort it out but never respond back, however unfortunately now he also has blocked the number. I wonder why there,s no action against her after so many complaints.. It,s ridiculous. Name and shame to them. Disgraceful, spoiling India,s name on an International platform.

Same thing has happened with me too. I had ordered on 22nd Jan 2022 and have still not received my order. Even after continuous messages and calls , they are not bothered. When I messaged her that I am filing complaint then she sent audio message saying “we are sorry , we will deliver in 7 days” but still haven’t received my order yet.

I ordered a dress on 22 January and transferred the advance in her account. Till date she has not delivered my dress and is lingering again and again. Kabhie marriage excuse, kabhie honeymoon excuse kabhie exhibition excuse. She is a pathetic creature and is so shrews that she is asking for advance in her husband's account number. The suit that I have ordered is lying with her and she is displaying the same to her more clients and taking more orders from them. She is not ready to refund my money and neither is she sending the parcel. In all my conversation with her, she has continuosly told that she will send dispatch slip tonight blahhh blahhh blahhh but nothing has been received. A total thugg she is

Yes,same has happened to me,it has been 3 months ....i didn’t get my suits and also they refuse to refund....pathetic behaviour ....very bad and shrewd people ....would not recommend anyone to buy.They don’t understand that they are acting like thieves by taking somebody’s money without providing any services or products in return.Just wish that somebody they will learn some lesson
