I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with solemate.chd. I placed an order for shoes on January 8th paid full amount of 2990 in advance, and it has been two months since then, yet I have not received my order. Despite receiving tracking details, the shoes were shipped to Delhi( my address is in bengaluru) and then rejected by the delivery partner for no apparent reason.

When I contacted solemate.chd about the issue, they claimed they did not receive the parcel back, despite the tracking status indicating that it was delivered to them. It has been two months now, and they have been ignoring my messages, leaving me in the dark about my order. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I demand a prompt resolution to this issue.
