I cancelled an order a minute after placing the order because I accidentally clicked on the wrong size of the top. I then placed another order right away with the correct size. This was 10 days ago, 22nd June. The order I didn't cancel reached me but I never received the refund for the one I cancelled. I have mailed them, called them messaged them, but they never reply. It is their policy to refund within 7 days but they don't even follow that. They replied once to tell me that it has already been shipped and would reach me that very day (which was the order that I didn't cancel). They didn't even bother to check the order number.
I was talking about and gave me information on another order. I wrote to them again saying that they were talking about the wrong order and gave them the correct order number once again. They of course didn't reply. When they finally did reply, on 29th June, they called me mean for stating their obvious unprofessional behavior and pathetic customer service. Then they said that it has been processed and would be cleared within 24hrs. 4 more days have gone by since then and I have received no refund.
They never reply and once in a blue moon when they do (which was only twice to the 7-9 mails I wrote them), they blatantly lie and say that they have been replying the whole time. And then they call customers 'mean' when they themselves ignore their customers who trust them and place orders with them. I have ordered from various small fashion websites in India but never once have I had such a bad experience with customer service.
No one ever answers the number they have provided as their customer care number while on their website they say "Text us on Whatsapp to talk about your order status, refund, weather in your city or about how cute your pet is." I have tried so hard to get my refund from them but to no avail. Heights of poor work ethics and unprofessional....
