I ordered a cloth from the website of La Chic Pick but since the size was not good I returned my order and the delivery boy said the money will be refunded by the company and even the website of La Chic Pick said Money will be refunded by them through 3-4 days. It's already more than 3-4 days but I still haven't gotten my refund yet. So, I would kindly like my money refund back to me. The total money was 638/- only....

I ordered my order from la chic pick order #324556 on 12 September , 2023 and now its 22 November , 2023 , it has been more than 2.5 months and my order is still showing processing. I ordered one sweatshirt and one hoodie from this site for rupees 1538. I did online payment and now my money is stuck. They have given their number and email on site to contact but they are of no use at all. They are not picking up my calls neither replying to email nor whatsapp messages about order and when i will receive it . I cannot cancel the order either .Bad service, don't know when i will be receiving my order. I have been waiting for long.

They are fraud , don't order from them. I have called them multiple times, send them multiple messages on whatsapp and Instagram but they don't reply. I don't know either how to get my money back or my order. Hope others will be aware and will not order from them. Worst experience ever. Hope i will get my money back .they don't have any consciousness for there customers they are just robbing us. I hope this will be resolved....

i placed order #325652 on september 21st 2023 worth ₹2683 for 4 items from the la chic pick website. it is 8th october 2023 now and it has been 10 days since i have been trying to contact them through various means. initially i only wanted to know the status of the order since it was showing processing for a week even though they guarantee 3-4 day’s shipping. i required the product’s urgently which is why i ordered from them. they should not promote false information if they cannot stick to it.

still i would not have minded waiting for my order if i was reassured that im not getting scammed and that i will receive my order in due time. however i sent a dm on instagram and even contacted them on whatsapp to which there was no reply. this is basic customer service that they cannot fulfill.

Clearly this is not how a business should be handled. ordered for the first time from here and will never be doing so again. i will not recommend this site to anyone. not trust worthy at all. waste of time and money. i will be taking legal actions if this does not get resolved soon....

I ordered a skirt from La chic pick and it was delivered yesterday. I tried to contact them regarding the size fit issue of my skirt and asked them to exchange it with a larger size but they hardly responded!! I absolutely hate the customer care service. They're so unresponsive and irresponsible. I need the skirt urgently for sn occasion but they didn't even schedule a pick up daye....

I placed an order through their website about 40 days ago. I made the payment through wallet but when I received my order (oder no. - #320549) on 21/08/2023, I was asked to pay in cash. Therefore I denied to pay and cancelled the order. I did not want to cancel the order but because of their poor management I had to cancel the order ,so technically I should get a refund or get my order back. I have called several times on your company’s number but I have got no response. Please respond to my request to look on to this matter....

I cancelled an order a minute after placing the order because I accidentally clicked on the wrong size of the top. I then placed another order right away with the correct size. This was 10 days ago, 22nd June. The order I didn't cancel reached me but I never received the refund for the one I cancelled. I have mailed them, called them messaged them, but they never reply. It is their policy to refund within 7 days but they don't even follow that. They replied once to tell me that it has already been shipped and would reach me that very day (which was the order that I didn't cancel). They didn't even bother to check the order number.

I was talking about and gave me information on another order. I wrote to them again saying that they were talking about the wrong order and gave them the correct order number once again. They of course didn't reply. When they finally did reply, on 29th June, they called me mean for stating their obvious unprofessional behavior and pathetic customer service. Then they said that it has been processed and would be cleared within 24hrs. 4 more days have gone by since then and I have received no refund.

They never reply and once in a blue moon when they do (which was only twice to the 7-9 mails I wrote them), they blatantly lie and say that they have been replying the whole time. And then they call customers 'mean' when they themselves ignore their customers who trust them and place orders with them. I have ordered from various small fashion websites in India but never once have I had such a bad experience with customer service.

No one ever answers the number they have provided as their customer care number while on their website they say "Text us on Whatsapp to talk about your order status, refund, weather in your city or about how cute your pet is." I have tried so hard to get my refund from them but to no avail. Heights of poor work ethics and unprofessional....
