I placed an order through their website about 40 days ago. I made the payment through wallet but when I received my order (oder no. - #320549) on 21/08/2023, I was asked to pay in cash. Therefore I denied to pay and cancelled the order. I did not want to cancel the order but because of their poor management I had to cancel the order ,so technically I should get a refund or get my order back. I have called several times on your company’s number but I have got no response. Please respond to my request to look on to this matter.
