I ordered my order from la chic pick order #324556 on 12 September , 2023 and now its 22 November , 2023 , it has been more than 2.5 months and my order is still showing processing. I ordered one sweatshirt and one hoodie from this site for rupees 1538. I did online payment and now my money is stuck. They have given their number and email on site to contact but they are of no use at all. They are not picking up my calls neither replying to email nor whatsapp messages about order and when i will receive it . I cannot cancel the order either .Bad service, don't know when i will be receiving my order. I have been waiting for long.

They are fraud , don't order from them. I have called them multiple times, send them multiple messages on whatsapp and Instagram but they don't reply. I don't know either how to get my money back or my order. Hope others will be aware and will not order from them. Worst experience ever. Hope i will get my money back .they don't have any consciousness for there customers they are just robbing us. I hope this will be resolved.
