i placed order #325652 on september 21st 2023 worth ₹2683 for 4 items from the la chic pick website. it is 8th october 2023 now and it has been 10 days since i have been trying to contact them through various means. initially i only wanted to know the status of the order since it was showing processing for a week even though they guarantee 3-4 day’s shipping. i required the product’s urgently which is why i ordered from them. they should not promote false information if they cannot stick to it.

still i would not have minded waiting for my order if i was reassured that im not getting scammed and that i will receive my order in due time. however i sent a dm on instagram and even contacted them on whatsapp to which there was no reply. this is basic customer service that they cannot fulfill.

Clearly this is not how a business should be handled. ordered for the first time from here and will never be doing so again. i will not recommend this site to anyone. not trust worthy at all. waste of time and money. i will be taking legal actions if this does not get resolved soon.
