Please take this seriously. I have had a horrible experience with this travel company.I am a frequent traveler and have traveled a lot of places with multiple travel groups and agencies, but have never faced such disappointment.Hipiee Holidays is exclusively for female travelers and claims to have 46K Instagram followers, which is false.

They always keep their comment sections disabled so that no one can complain and others can also not see the complaints.They cancel trips frequently and never refund the amount. They don't pick up the calls and don't respond on WhatsApp or even in a group.This group receives a lot of complaints. Female solo travelers are vulnerable to being cheated and looted by other females....

I registered and paid for Gokarna weekend trip from Bangalore in hippie_holidays in Oct and they cancelled it 1 day before the travel.Since then I have been asking refund.Now they stopped responding to my calls and messages.I contacted them through their insta page hippie_holidays Initially their excuse was some account problem, but not even responding....

I Booked for Munnar trip on 13th October and paid 7,875 for 21st and 22nd of October. And they said pick up would be on 20th October evening, They cancelled the trip on 19th October evening stating some reasons. They are saying they would refund my money but they are not picking my calls nor responding to my messages. Now I really doubt if I would get my money back. It's a total scam. Girls don't fall for it. You have better options in the Market. But don't trust Hippie....

Go Karna trip - 30th sep to 1st oct
It was a life-threatening experience. Your team representatives were good for nothing & useless & unprofessional. Cheats & disrespectful. The group leader Simran was a tourist herself, inexperienced & unorganized, unprofessional. The photographer Roshan was non-existent & misbehaved with a passenger in front of the group leader & she was numb enough to react. He only took pictures when required. He refused the grp leader as well when she asked to take pictures.

The driver Kiran was horrible, misbehaving with passengers, rash driving in the night, and made us walk kilometers for his ease. Did off-roading on the 2nd day with speeding & next night, I did total rash driving.Because if this i have severe back pain .The.bus condition was horrible, no first aid kit.We were eve teased by locals while we were standing with group leader. This happened while I was talking to Ashna the relationship manager & i told her right on call.There is no security & safety for women travelers in your company.

The entire itinerary was over promised & undelivered. The company knew everything whether a busy weekend or a rainy weather. Still, a wrong itinerary was made. Only 20% of it happened. The company is having its lively hood based on cheating women. You all should be ashamed & a legal action should be taken against your company . This is the 1st & last time I went with the hippie holiday .This has caused mental & physical trauma to all female passengers. They jad the audacity to say that we can refund 200 rupees against 6500 +gst charge.. i doibt.they fill gst cz my invoice did not have gst number.

Stop fooling women. Stop sending feedback forms.

They started a wayanad trip which got cancelled because of rains, they said they will refund the money but they are not even picking up calls from this number. 7000rs. Very poor management, scamming people's money....

We had booked a trip to Goa on 15th and it was supposed to happen on 20th and 21st may. They cancelled the trip on 18th May 2023. Told us the would refund money after 48 hours. When we called them after 48 hours, they said they needed more time and promised us they would refund the money on 22nd May. We tried messaging and calling them but there has been no communication from their side....

They have no defined rules in place. Everything looks very rosy and nice in their insta page but you will know the reality once you avail any of their services. Safety should be top priority considering it is an all girls group, but this group has no safety measures in place. An all girls community but the CRM person is a guy, so is the founder/co-founder.

They also do not provide all that is promised in the event package. When concern was raised post the event, i only received lame excuses and till date did not receive any response from their team. They do not pick your calls or respond to your messages. They dont have any website and everything is just in Insta.Not worth the money and not worth the risk of going in a group where the organizers are not completely capable of handling any untoward situations....

On 31st july, I have made payment of Rs. 6,499/-, which was cancelled by the company. Since I cannot go in other trips, i asked them for refund and they said within 7 days it will be refunded and sent an email id to send a mail.

It’s been one month since I have mailed, there is no response from there end. So called “client relationship manager” , Mr. Anup sucks..! ...

I had booked 2seats by paying Rs.6000/ for Kerala trip that was secdules to happen on Jan 14 to16 2022. However due to covid the trip was canceled and I was informed that they will be arranging the next trip at the end of Jan.

But there was no upcoming trip so I had requested to cancel my bookings and refund the amount that was paid. There is no response from the company side even till date I tried contacting them via all social media platforms but they are ignoring my queries.

When contacted to their numbers it was not in use. No response in email, Instagram and what's app too. I was also informed that they had scheduled a call on Feb 3 at 15:30 but no one ever turned up.

I tried contacting them last night too they are not responding to any of my pings.
Customer service is really worst they are not taking my queries serious and intentionally avoiding each and every pings that I had made till now.

They aren't giving any importance to clients queries at all it is really nerve wrecking going through all this I would like to get a firm response from the company and get the amount refunded asap.

Sincerely appreciate and I would like to get the amount paid back to me on asap....

Advertisement for kerala trip provided.Payment made for trip.April 2021 lockdown trip not conducted refund not received. When tried to contact no reply. Very poor management.The person says he will provide update but till now no updates has been provided. 16000 rupees has been paid and no service delivery and mishandling customer....
