I would love to give a police complaint on this fraudulent company. Such scammers these people are. I haven’t received my refund and I keep calling them but they are very unresponsive. I am really not sure how they keep running their Instagram page and scam us. Such disgusting scammers. I hope they get shut down.

I am calling happie holidays since 2 months to refund the money, I paid 24k for 3 ppl they cancelled munnar trip twice and told they will refund the amount soon and sent mail that for sure they will refund on Jan 15th. Please refund my amount it was not easy to for us to arrange so much and you ppl are not even receiving our calls

Worst organization... they take advance but not return in case of cancellation..... Disgusting experience.... And the worst part they do not pick up calls....

I reached out to them for the tour details for the upcoming weekend and had to almost wait for close to 24 hours to get a response back. Thereafter, when i checked the details, the nodal points of pick-up and drop were really far from where I stay. The nearest nodal point was almost 9 kms away so i requested them to reconfirm as i would be traveling solo early in the morning. They did not get back and when i finally checked with them again in the evening, the team replied that they could not cater to every tourist concerns. My point of concern was that the tour operators expect us to reach the nodal points between 5am-6am, and even after knowing a woman would be traveling all alone, they didn't consider to atleast have a nodal point closer to the main area which would be convenient for most girls like me who stay in interior Bangalore. Girls who live in Rajajinagar, basasveshwar agar, vijayanagar and Malleswaram have to go all the way till Manyata Tech park to hop on the bus.

There was an ad on Instagram for idduki and munnar trip as on Jan 14-16. I had booked 2seats by making an advance payment of Rs. 6000/- but due to lockdown trip was canceled and my amount is not refunded yet. When tried to contact their contact numbers are not in use, no response on Instagram, what's app even via mails. Last update was on Jan 25 saying they'll get back to us but no one contacted and there is no update till date. Customer service sucks to the core no seriousness about client's queries. They are very ignorant.
