Hippie Holidays Community: Refund not issued

I registered and paid for Gokarna weekend trip from Bangalore in hippie_holidays in Oct and they cancelled it 1 day before the travel.Since then I have been asking refund.Now they stopped responding to my calls and messages.I contacted them through their insta page hippie_holidays Initially their excuse was some account problem, but not even responding.
