I had booked 2seats by paying Rs.6000/ for Kerala trip that was secdules to happen on Jan 14 to16 2022. However due to covid the trip was canceled and I was informed that they will be arranging the next trip at the end of Jan.
But there was no upcoming trip so I had requested to cancel my bookings and refund the amount that was paid. There is no response from the company side even till date I tried contacting them via all social media platforms but they are ignoring my queries.
When contacted to their numbers it was not in use. No response in email, Instagram and what's app too. I was also informed that they had scheduled a call on Feb 3 at 15:30 but no one ever turned up.
I tried contacting them last night too they are not responding to any of my pings.
Customer service is really worst they are not taking my queries serious and intentionally avoiding each and every pings that I had made till now.
They aren't giving any importance to clients queries at all it is really nerve wrecking going through all this I would like to get a firm response from the company and get the amount refunded asap.
Sincerely appreciate and I would like to get the amount paid back to me on asap.
