We had booked a trip to Goa on 15th and it was supposed to happen on 20th and 21st may. They cancelled the trip on 18th May 2023. Told us the would refund money after 48 hours. When we called them after 48 hours, they said they needed more time and promised us they would refund the money on 22nd May. We tried messaging and calling them but there has been no communication from their side.
