I lodged a complaint for repair of my cooking range on hindware app on 11.09.2023 at 09 am. I recieved a message saying "Dear Customer, your Call No. KARRYI11PB0001 has been assign to Engineer RAMAN SWAMI. To track, download Hindware Appliances app. HINDWARE (SHIL)". Till date no one has visited my house for resolution.

I called your call center two days back. I escalated the complaint twice on the app. Then I tried to do the same on whatsapp. They assured me that someone will come the next day but it was a false promise. I invested 60k in a cooking range from hindware due to my past experience with prompt service of your sanitaryware section.  But this poor service in appliances is shocking and needs to be posted all over the Internet....

I had bought the Hindware Water Geyser from Flipkart in the month of June 2021 with 2 years Warranty and in the month of April 2022 the Geyser automatically stopped working whereupon I registered the complaint through Hindware Appliances customer care number.

And their SLA was suppose to 3 days but even after a month there is no resolution from them. And there customer is just disconnecting the calls sometimes with no proper information.

The hindware cooler was purchased by us last year whose pump was to be replaced and we paid for it but it's still not working so company took money and doesn't provide any service....

Geyser water storage tank leakage problem. Given complaint on 24th March 2022. Till now problem was not solved even it is in warranty period...

I had Bought 3 no's Hindware Atlantic 15L Storage Water Geyser on 08-05-2021. Out of 3, 2 of them are not working and it is under warranty. I am trying to reach out to the service provider on their official app, Through email and even through customer care number.

They are not responding. Even after repeated emails there is no resolution to the problem. I am fed up with this kind of a service. I want them to take back their product and release me the amount the i have paid....

Company is responding in warranty of my geyser. They are not providing any service until warranty expires. Since 3 months I'm escalating so many tickets for repair. But they are closing those tickets without any service after a month. Again we are raising a new complaint. This is just like a corporate companies fraud business. People are struggling a lot of problems....

I have purchased a product Hindware imnmedio geyser from Flipkart on 10th October and raised a request for installation of product on 27th October on Hindware appliance but till now they have not installed my product.

And our area head Mr Uday Bhatti (m.p.) not picking call and not even I'm getting resolution from their customer care so I need my money back from Hindware and I don't want to use their product.

As If possible to return from Flipkart I would have done it but as from Flipkart return policy got expired so it's not possible so kindly provide me a resolution ASAP. Thanks....

I have bought 3 ltr instant geyser of Hindware make on 17th October 2020. They product got damaged in July, 21. From then till now, 4 months past but Hindware didn't rectify it neither they replaced it.

I am continuously following up with them but now the service center is telling it can not be rectified. The item amount was INR 1699. If nothing happens then I want refund of the product....

Hello, I purchased water heater of 15L capacity on 06-JUN-2019 whose warranty period ends on 05-JUN-2021. Form last 5 months the heater is not working, i registered complaint regarding this issue on 05-MARCH-2021 where is received a confirmation message and WHR1401682 service no which was assigned to MR. Sourav.

After couple of days i received a call from technicians they came to examine the heater, they said we need to change some part inside which was not available with them so it might take max of 10 days but even after 11th days there was no response so i called complaint service desk to ask the status of the request they just told me that it will get resolved soon.

Still there is no action they just keep on calling and say sorry and the issue will be resolved very soon but it as been more than a month and i am receiving same response form the service team again and again and they just say the issue will be resolved tomorrow as technician will contact me, but i don't receive the single call regarding this issue, it been very frustrating as i have called them multiple times.

I need water heater to get is repaired as soon as possible before my warranty date expires. It seems the technicians are waiting for the Warranty to get expired so that they can charge us!

So i am attaching the supporting document and the confirmation text and service number which has still not been put into motion. This is my humble request please resolve this issue. Thanks!...

I had purchased a hindware chimney from flipkart, suddenly its stop working, i hv called hindware customer care, they responsed too fast, after that engineer came and tell us one of components i. e. PCB board need to change and he take away and he said i will come tomorrow and i will change the PCB board but but around 2 months has been passed no calls no message came from hindware care, i hv called several time to that engineer he said PCB not available so what can i do, i hv called hindware care, but they are beyond my reach, what i shoud do against this kind of harassment? ...
