I lodged a complaint for repair of my cooking range on hindware app on 11.09.2023 at 09 am. I recieved a message saying "Dear Customer, your Call No. KARRYI11PB0001 has been assign to Engineer RAMAN SWAMI. To track, download Hindware Appliances app. HINDWARE (SHIL)". Till date no one has visited my house for resolution.
I called your call center two days back. I escalated the complaint twice on the app. Then I tried to do the same on whatsapp. They assured me that someone will come the next day but it was a false promise. I invested 60k in a cooking range from hindware due to my past experience with prompt service of your sanitaryware section. But this poor service in appliances is shocking and needs to be posted all over the Internet.
