I had purchased a hindware chimney from flipkart, suddenly its stop working, i hv called hindware customer care, they responsed too fast, after that engineer came and tell us one of components i. e. PCB board need to change and he take away and he said i will come tomorrow and i will change the PCB board but but around 2 months has been passed no calls no message came from hindware care, i hv called several time to that engineer he said PCB not available so what can i do, i hv called hindware care, but they are beyond my reach, what i shoud do against this kind of harassment?
