Hello, I purchased water heater of 15L capacity on 06-JUN-2019 whose warranty period ends on 05-JUN-2021. Form last 5 months the heater is not working, i registered complaint regarding this issue on 05-MARCH-2021 where is received a confirmation message and WHR[Protected]service no which was assigned to MR. Sourav.

After couple of days i received a call from technicians they came to examine the heater, they said we need to change some part inside which was not available with them so it might take max of 10 days but even after 11th days there was no response so i called complaint service desk to ask the status of the request they just told me that it will get resolved soon.

Still there is no action they just keep on calling and say sorry and the issue will be resolved very soon but it as been more than a month and i am receiving same response form the service team again and again and they just say the issue will be resolved tomorrow as technician will contact me, but i don't receive the single call regarding this issue, it been very frustrating as i have called them multiple times.

I need water heater to get is repaired as soon as possible before my warranty date expires. It seems the technicians are waiting for the Warranty to get expired so that they can charge us!

So i am attaching the supporting document and the confirmation text and service number which has still not been put into motion. This is my humble request please resolve this issue. Thanks!
