Wrong item sent. I ordered a suit from the fastcog.com but the product I received is not the product that I ordered the product is very cheap and size issue also I paid 1099 rupees against this product it looks like that the product I received is already used.

And nobody can purchase it for Rs.100 even I am very much disappointed and I think the site is fraud and I have wasted my money and time also it’s very humiliating government should take strict action against this type of sites who cheat people.

If anybody can consider this complaint then please return my money and take your product back otherwise I should think for the consumers form....

I ordered a red colour salwar set with dupatta and pant.But i received another kurti only.I dont like that material.I want to return it and request you to please refund my money as early as possible....

Good quality product is shown but received very bad, cheep quality product. Not even worth of Rs.100 collected Rs.1099. Requested for refund they are telling they are not responsible. Asking us to contact the seller, and they don't have seller details also. They are not showing any order details only we receive msg once delivered.
In shipment also they don't have any contact number or web site details only tracking number which is no way useful for contacting the seller.
Please help me to get refund my amount....
