I did the transaction of the amount Rs. 8421.38 using my credit card to pay my loan bill for SMFG loan company(Fullerton). After the transaction amount deducted and payment got failed message in the response as "Your bill payment is failed and processed. The refund will be initiated in your source account within 30 minutes". They acknowledged to process the refund to processed after 30 minute into the failed message prompted after the transaction but not processed even after 9 days. I have been waiting for the refund amount from them but not received yet.

It has been more than 9 days for the transaction done. This is scam company making fraud with customers and consumers. I tried to reach out to there customer care number for last few days regarding this. But i did not get any response from them. This is highly unprofessional and scam by the company for the same. Please assist me to get this amount returned for the same. I request to take the action into the matter to get this resolved for the same....

Credit card bank money was deducted but not received in bank account transaction my 10000 transaction was on hold why later we see transaction id history one note was appear your order is on hold what was going on in credit via to bank account transfer it is totally fraud and scam didn't received any refund money from till date.

I have done jio recharge of rs.209 from your easemy deal platform but it's not working and money also deducted from my bank account. Please do something as early as possible....

I was trying to recharge my fastag though the app the money is deducted from my account but the transaction got failed, i am continuously trying to reach their mobile number plus have emailed them several times it is more than 48 hours and they havent replied me yet. amount of 25000 is stuck with them and they are not even replying....

they deducted money, but did not recharge and kept the money with them. Now they won't return the money nor recharge with Jio.

Repeated emails sent to the company but they are not able to recharge my phone. Suspecting to be a fake company I did not send bank particulars for refund. I appears that this company is fraudulent.

In summary the EASE MY DEAL company either should recharge my phone as suggested or should refund the money....
