0n 12 May 2022, Kuravilangad Kottayam, Tried recharging online for Jio for Rs 395
they deducted money, but did not recharge and kept the money with them. Now they won't return the money nor recharge with Jio.
Repeated emails sent to the company but they are not able to recharge my phone. Suspecting to be a fake company I did not send bank particulars for refund. I appears that this company is fraudulent.
In summary the EASE MY DEAL company either should recharge my phone as suggested or should refund the money.
