I did the transaction of the amount Rs. 8421.38 using my credit card to pay my loan bill for SMFG loan company(Fullerton). After the transaction amount deducted and payment got failed message in the response as "Your bill payment is failed and processed. The refund will be initiated in your source account within 30 minutes". They acknowledged to process the refund to processed after 30 minute into the failed message prompted after the transaction but not processed even after 9 days. I have been waiting for the refund amount from them but not received yet.

It has been more than 9 days for the transaction done. This is scam company making fraud with customers and consumers. I tried to reach out to there customer care number for last few days regarding this. But i did not get any response from them. This is highly unprofessional and scam by the company for the same. Please assist me to get this amount returned for the same. I request to take the action into the matter to get this resolved for the same.
