I ordered a lehenga for rupees 1698 on 5th Jan….they are not responding to the messages after I sent the payment confirmation…please let me know how to receive my money back from them….

I ordered two soft silk sarees from @cheers kannama page on Nov 26...i transfer amount rs 2000 using my phone pay app..at the same day.now it's almost 18 days since paid money they don't reply call or message I called them many time in this contact number but no picking my call.they post sarees picture in the Instagram pages but no reply my direct message They have seen my WhatsApp message but no response...I want my money back please kindly to the needful.... I ordered two silk sarees from @Cheers.kannama on Oct 3.And paid ₹4K for it the same day.. I still didn't get any news of them being dispatched yet!!!
