I confirmed the payment through Amazon pay total payment of 7993 including charges asked by EasemyDeal But I didn't received bill yet on my upi And Order is also not showing in order history of EasemyDeal app please help me.

Jio sim rechrged for 149 rupees but amount deducted not received recharge, hence anybody people not using this app's please.
