We did n ‘t receive the consignment till now. Today I checked it on line and the status shown as ‘In Transit’. So I took the number from your website and I contacted 0[Protected]and your executive told that it has been received in Hosur and he advised me to contact sorting office 0[Protected]and delivery office [Protected].

I contacted [Protected]and he told me to contact the respective delivery office number [Protected]near RC Church, Hosur, but your staff did n ’t response properly and she told me to contact the booking office at Coimbatore since the deliver pin code mentioned as 635001.

I am very much fed up with this kind of response from your side. Is this the way to receive a courier from your service. Then what is the purpose of sending a courier through DTDC. Instead of courier I might go to Coimbatore I might collect it personally. I feel very bad with your service and with your staff at delivery office near RC church, Hosur. This is not at all good....

MY COURIER WAS SENT ON 18TH JULY 2022 FROM PATNA, ITS IN NOIDA HUB FROM 20TH JULY BUT NOT DELIVERED IN NOIDA EXTENSION. AFER MAILS THERE IS NO RESPOSE. I HAVE CALLED UP ON CUSTOMER CARE, ON WAITING OF ABOUT 30 MINS I GOT CONNECTED WITH MR ROHAN (DELHI HUB) ON 25TH JULY AT 4 PM. HE TOLD ME I WILL GET A CALL BACK WITHIN SOMETIME, THE COURIER WILL BE DELIVERED BY 26TH JULY2022. STILL NO RESPONSE. I CALLED AGAIN ON CUSTOMER CARE STILL THE SAME ANS. THIS IS SO HELPLESS WHERE AND WHOM TO REACH OUT THE COURIER.

I TRULY HATE DTDC NOW. HEIGHTS OF CARELESSNESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR. DURING THIS PERIOD OF TIME I HAVE RECEIVED COURIER FROM BLUE DART AND DHL.

PLEASE ATLEAST MAKE ME AWARE OF THE STATUS AND WHOM TO CONTACT IF I WANT TO COLLECT PERSONALLY....

Dtdc docket no. D83546789 This parcel is not delivered and not even attempted ddlivery not called. When I called me Rahul Girpunje ower of Frenchisi of dtdc Amgaon branch 441902 Maharashtra he said office pickup kar lijiye.

Maine bola this is not right. Bola aaj Sunday hai I said how u show delivered? Then he replied aap office pickup karna. Mai e na bola and scolded for wrong status then he said apke sab parcel ab apko office pickup karna padega nahi to sare shipment wapas bhej dunga.

Maine bola how u can say this then he replied mai bol raha hu Mai akele amgaon me dtdc branch dekhta hu. Is this the way? For this we r paying? I need immediate action on this. He has not delivered my parcel yet I am reseller and without fear he is giving open threatening to me.

And he will trouble my further parcel also dtdc is not taking any action no turn around time. i need my parcel asap and assurity that he will not harm my shipments and apologies for the unethical behaviour.

I have call recording of this person in which he gave threatening to me. please solve my problem as soon as possible....

I have booked parcel for PIN 444403 on 08/03/2021 vide parcel no. P57258720. As per verbal commitment, It should have reached destination within 3 days. This parcel traveled Pune-Mumbai twice for no reason as per tracking details shown on web portal on 11/03/2021.

I have raised service complaint to DTDC on their web portal but the assigned customer service executive has closed the issue saying it is not eligible for logging as the parcel is about to get delivered.

Now from last 4 days i.e. from 11/03/2021 to 15/03/2021 this parcel is lying at same place i.e. Nagpur as there is no update on web portal. I am raising the complaints/issues again and again but they are not giving any response.

The parcel contains NOC from RTO, Pune for vehicle transfer. This is very important document and must have reached the destination within specified time duration +/- 1-2 days. But the customer services department is Ignorant and rude on this issue and closing it without even responding or discussing with me.

Usually by post or speed post it takes maximum 3 days to reach destination. I have used Speed post for similar parcel and it reached destination in 2 working days. Booked on Saturday 13/03/2021 and reached on Monday 15/03/2021.

Whereas, with DTDC, even after paying much more amount than postal services, my parcel is midway somewhere after 8 days and no one is ready to speak when it will get delivered.

Now as a frustrated citizen, I am expecting help and support from you to get my parcel either delivered or returned back to me as early as possible....
