We did n ‘t receive the consignment till now. Today I checked it on line and the status shown as ‘In Transit’. So I took the number from your website and I contacted 0[Protected]and your executive told that it has been received in Hosur and he advised me to contact sorting office 0[Protected]and delivery office [Protected].
I contacted [Protected]and he told me to contact the respective delivery office number [Protected]near RC Church, Hosur, but your staff did n ’t response properly and she told me to contact the booking office at Coimbatore since the deliver pin code mentioned as 635001.
I am very much fed up with this kind of response from your side. Is this the way to receive a courier from your service. Then what is the purpose of sending a courier through DTDC. Instead of courier I might go to Coimbatore I might collect it personally. I feel very bad with your service and with your staff at delivery office near RC church, Hosur. This is not at all good.
