I have booked parcel for PIN 444403 on 08/03/2021 vide parcel no. P[Protected]. As per verbal commitment, It should have reached destination within 3 days. This parcel traveled Pune-Mumbai twice for no reason as per tracking details shown on web portal on 11/03/2021.
I have raised service complaint to DTDC on their web portal but the assigned customer service executive has closed the issue saying it is not eligible for logging as the parcel is about to get delivered.
Now from last 4 days i.e. from 11/03/2021 to 15/03/2021 this parcel is lying at same place i.e. Nagpur as there is no update on web portal. I am raising the complaints/issues again and again but they are not giving any response.
The parcel contains NOC from RTO, Pune for vehicle transfer. This is very important document and must have reached the destination within specified time duration +/- 1-2 days. But the customer services department is Ignorant and rude on this issue and closing it without even responding or discussing with me.
Usually by post or speed post it takes maximum 3 days to reach destination. I have used Speed post for similar parcel and it reached destination in 2 working days. Booked on Saturday 13/03/2021 and reached on Monday 15/03/2021.
Whereas, with DTDC, even after paying much more amount than postal services, my parcel is midway somewhere after 8 days and no one is ready to speak when it will get delivered.
Now as a frustrated citizen, I am expecting help and support from you to get my parcel either delivered or returned back to me as early as possible.
