The Park Priviera: 1,50,000 Transection without my autorazation; theparkpriviera.com

On Date of 04.04.21 we have visited Regenta hotel as part of invitation of The Park Priviera and over there Mr. Viraj - Sales Manager of Park Priviera explain the various membership plan, When we are asking membership price then he informed that for Axis, HDFC, and ICICI all card have offer first we have to check that you are eligible for this offer and as per his instructions we have send msg to bank to check the offer but no response received from bank.

But as informed by Mr. Viraj that today we did so many transaction of different customers so don't worry you get same offer and the offer is only money deducted from your account is 1 rs. and rest of the amount will convert to 24 month emi directly, and we allow them to do transaction of 1 rs only for 5 years membership and rest of the amount is EMI.

Here please note that Mr. Viraj from park priviera did many fake promise which listed below but not give us any agreement or any other paper where mentioned any of the benefits or terms & conditions but give assurity that by tomorrow 05.04.2021 at 10am you receive the mail and confirmation call for your membership from Park Priviera.

So We leave the regenta hotel bhuj and drive to mundra home while driving, my wife check the reviews of park priviera and it was terrible so we call Mr. Viraj around 12:30 am about the same and inform them that we are not happy with this review so don't want this membership, So that time he connected conference call me to Mr Giri Regenta Resort Bhuj Manager, I know him earlier also so they assured me that don't worry sir, Mr. Viraj is good person and they are here since last one month so don't worry after talking to Mr. Giri Regenta Resort Manager we drive to home but we have decided to not take any membership from Park Priviera and we inform Mr. Viraj through SMS that kindly do not proceed our name for your membership.

As we thought we charged only 1 rs tomorrow morning Mr. Viraj canceled this membership and no charge will occur to me. But to my surprise I have seen transaction sms received from HDFC bank that amount debited from my account is 1,50,000 which is not authorized by me. I have authorized only 1 rs transaction. So immediately I called HDFC bank to report unauthorized transactions and block my card.

Very next morning I try to call Mr. Viraj but he does not lift the call and sms me sir we are driving so call you around 12 pm. Meanwhile I mailed park priviera around 10am about an unauthorized transaction done by Mr. Viraj. After that I tried to call Mr. Viraj many times but he has not picked my call. So then I realized that Mr. Viraj did fraud with us. So I contact Mr. Giri Regenta Manager and explain the situation and he give me The Park Priviera marketing person number Mr. Milan and I spoke to him.

He said I am on leave so I'll be back on 6th of April and give me assurity to resolve my problem, meanwhile I try to contact The park priviera customer care person Mr. Husam but he is not lifting my call. So on 6th April I called Mr. Milan and he said sir don't worry there is some mistake by our team we will return your money. And after all this effort Mr. Viraj call me to justify that I did not dupe you, offer we explain to you is applicable for Debit card not for Credit card but this information note provide me on 04th April.

At that time offer is applicable for all card and Mr. Viraj is saying it is some miscommunication So don't worry I'll inform to HO to provide return to you as membership still not active. After this I spoke to Mr. Husam, he said Mr. Viraj is informing us that the problem is resolved and the customer not required return which is another lie.

So I inform to Mr. Husam there is no such communication I did to Mr. Viraj and inform to Mr. Husam to return my full amount. After this communication Mr. Husam and Mr. Milan also stopped picking my call and Mr. Milan put my number on the block list. On 8th and 9th April I call many times to Mr. Viraj, Mr Husam and Mr. Milan but no one has picked my call or answered my mail or sms.

The point below proves that Park Priviera did fraud With me.

1) Without my authorization or consent Mr. Viraj from The Park Priviera did a transaction of Rs 1,50,000 instead of Rs 1. In account of Park Priviera from my Credit Card. (First Lied).

2) As Mr. Viraj has not provided any agreement or any other paper till date. Also no provided any Visiting card as promised (Second Lied).

3) We have note received any confirmation/Agreement from The park priviera regarding membership or other any paperwork which confirm my membership as promised for next morning 10am will receive (Third Lied and biggest lied).

4) while discussion to Mr Viraj information provided by them that we have tie up in Kutch different hotel like Regenta Resort, serena beach resort and Redison for using their club facility but while talk to their hotels/Resort Manager and they all refused for such tie up with Park Priviera. (fourth Lied).

5) Mr. Viraj ([Protected]/[Protected]) the sales manager has not been calling since the last 3 days. So it proves that he duped me and was not able to answer. From 5th of April to 11th April I'll try 50 times to call them but he won't pick my call.

6) Mr. Milan ([Protected]) the marketing manager also not picked my call and put me on the block list also proved that park priviera dupe me and not able to answer.

7) Mr Husam ([Protected]) ([PROTECTED]@theparkpriviera.com) Customer care representatives from Park Priviera were surprised but they also did not pick the call.

Here please note that as per claim by The Park Priviera is we are very reputable company and our sales manager and customer care representative are ready to give service to customers 24*7 but in my case (probably for all customer) Sales manager and Park Priviera customer care not ready to lift my call, so they it self proved that entire team did duping with me and do not have intention to return my amount.

8) They claim that we have tie up with many hotels but failed to provide proof during discussion.

many more lies and it is a very long list....

From 9th of April I contacted Mr. Prakash singh Branch manager HO - Vadodara and explained my situation. He assured me that I personally take this matter and try to resolve. On 10th he informed me that your return is approved. But till time no official communication was received from Park Priviera regarding return the money and reason why this incident happened.

Not trustworthy at all. During selling their membership they do all the false commitments. Once they grab the money from your pocket, not a single commitment will get fulfilled. please don’t waste your money.

theparkpriviera.com is not commited to there service i have made payment for 30k but since last 7 to 8 months back but yet not received any Membership Card and other details. Once call to customer care they told we will ship your card and will get in 20 days but this happend 4 months back till date i cant received any card on my registered address also from the management and sales person mr. Salaman also not picking call, Branch Manager: MR. Vibhav Dubey [Protected]Sales Manager Salaman : [Protected]These people not picking call and not respond now Also customer care person is not a responsible person and giving any answer which is not relevant. Overall very poor service from there end

Same case happened with me also....Vaibhav dubey is big gambler of this fraud project... before a yera i also trapped in. Dubey was not picked up my single call after membership....

We were having ok ok experience as we took it on trial base for 1yr. We were provided with the normal rooms but lots of problem during our trips. In our 1st trip to goa when we reached the hotel our bookings were not there after waiting for 3hrs we got the room that too normal type. Other on our last trip they changed our booking dates and when we reached that resort and called customer care they said it was a mistake so we are giving you bookings in another resort and then we have to run from here to there by switching the resort at the last moment. Pathetic experience ever

I have purchased membership of Park Priviera in march 2022, since then i have made several follow-ups and requests but never they have accommodation by giving several excuses that the booking should be provided 45 days earlier whereas during the time to membership purchase they never mentioned this. Instead they have told 7 days are enough to plan a trip. This is a fraud company please don't invest in this company, The sales employee Sneha and Subhendhu are the cheaters who don't even bother to receive calls. Every time they come with a new excuse. They always provide option for below average hotel dont even bother that someone has paid for their membership in advance. Also asks for AMC charges in advance, if they carry such behavior how someone can believe on them and pay futher.
