The park priviera – holiday booking company, has given membership to me by promising to provide 5 start hotels/Resorts,But now they are not doing booking for any location asked, even when we try to book prior to 45 days as they claimed to do. they are denying for any hotel we ask for in any location. They don't pick calls even if dialed continuously and if sent email, they just provide with unrelated replay.

Its a total Fraud company and when asked for refund they are not even responding to mails and telling its not possible as its in their term and conditions. When they approach us to take the membership, they gave false promises coming out of their way in terms and conditions but now when we ask for refund they are show it as piont. How cheap....

I purchased membership for 3 years at Rs 76500 on 8 November 2022 after attending the presentation, where they showcased multiple ITC and RAMADA hotels by Mr Shishir [Protected]. When i asked for holidays, mailed them and followed on whatsapp, even after multiple calls and follow-ups, i haven't got any holidays, here are the details of my all requests: 1. Requested on 29 August 2023 Location : Darjeeling Hotel : Ramada Darjeeling Check in Date : 02 Oct 2023 Check out date : 07 Oct 2023 Duration : 5N Location : Gandhinagar Hotel : Gift City Club and Business Center Check in Date : 21 Oct 2023 Check out date : 23 Oct 2023 Duration : 2N Location : Kheda Hotel : Royal Club and Kheda Resort Check in Date : 23 Oct 2023 Check out date : 25 Oct 2023 Duration : 2N Location : Amritsar Hotel : Holiday Inn Ranjit Avenue ITC Check in Date : 03 Nov 2023 Check out date : 05 Nov 2023 Duration : 2N All reviews on google seems to be fake done by the company employees and their friends, i request every one to stay away from The Park Priviera. Please help me to get my refund of Rs 76500, so i can live with peace of mind...

They do fraud by doing false commitment of services, after charging fees for long term they do not even respond you or they say that they can not do that booking. They gives you guarantee that you will get 4 star-5 star hotels, but then provide only options of 2-3 stars of hotels. They also offer flight booking, but they book the cheapest only where you have to hop multiple places spending lot of time.

While purchasing they promise that you can book any flight you want - just send us details we will book for you. But then they deny it when they have collected the fees. They also promise to refund the whole amount within 30 days if you are not satisfied, but then after membership is purchased - they say it is not refundable. When asked why the sales people are over-committing. They say we dont know why they are giving false promises, but we can not do anything now....

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BOOKING. NEVER GIVES HOTEL AND RESORTS OF 4 AND 5 STAR CATAGORY. WE HAVE TO MAKE 50 E-MAIL FOR BOOKING.. IT'S HEADACHE LIKE EXPERIENCE. NEVER BUY SUCH MEMBERSHIP. Fraudulent companies don't go with it. I bought 3 years plan initially they talk humbly and after purchasing the holiday package when we request the vacation holiday booking they deny to book the hotels because of the holiday or vacation period.

As we know when a person plan for vacation obviously on his holiday. We need to bag for the hotels booking and finally waste of money and they don't provide you any hotels booking. Just a waste of money. Warning, warning!! Don't go with it. Don't go with it....

I have paid 45k for membership. After become member they are not pick up the call or not booking the hote as per your requirement. They denied after giving inappropriate answer. They delay in booking and then said room as re sold out. They are not pick up the call or answer properly in mail. At last they reject the hotel booking. During membership purchased they committed too many things. Not a single commitment fulfilled....

We were pinged on phone and told that a couple dinner is being set kindly visit after visiting there was a half he seminar where they gave detailed summary abt their package and show casted as if they were from a genuine company, and felt it was good deal but later coming home came to know abt the fraud we have been through , they promised 4-5 star hotel which is a complete fraud a legal action has to be taken for such people we find such people in malls asking to give number for lucky draw and all others never share number and be careful.

We have lost 1 lakh 10 thousand rupees in a fraud and it is so disheartening to lose the hard owned money which we save for a long time for something and then such things happen....

Don't take their membership. They are just fraud. They will say that we will update and then that never comes till you are frustrated. It's better to spend money on own booking rather than depending on them. They will not entertain at all. Just email you all reasons. Personally request not to take this membership....

I purchased a premium membership of The Park Priviera Hospitiliy PVT.LTD 20 months ago My first experience was very good. In the second booking they told me that due to blackout days we will not provide a booking, I had to take many follow up in the mail & finally provide me a good hotel booking in Udaipur after several hard follow ups in mail, there is no seasons bounding as per my membership but there was so many mail exchange regarding blackout days.

Recently I requested for the third time booking, they take 7 days for reply & given only one option. company having only customer care number but they are not able to solve the query, Just having standard answer 'write a mail & you will get reply in mail only" , if you are requesting for connect booking department or call back request then customer care executive refused for the same & replied I can't do this, There are not any system to talk with any person from booking department , if you have any query they will reply in mail only & taken 48 hours for reply as per customer care.

At the time of selling membership they are showing 5stars /4 Stars property, resorts in brochure & claim they have tie up with Hayat, Hilton, Welcome, JW Marriot & ITC group but they give booking in 3 star property only. I need booking 4 Star or 5 star properly booking with all meals (Breakfast lunch & dinner) & free pick up & drop as per my membership letter.

Advice to management - Fist if you are able to give 4 & 5 star properly then show the 3 star properly at the time of selling membership.2nd there must be system for customer who can talk with booking person for easy & hassle free experience, only mail is not comfortable for all age group. If management improve this then believe me company will rock between other competitors.

Hope Park Priviera management will take this feedback positively & provide me booking always as per membership letter commitments for hassle free experience....

I have very bad experience by buying membership of park Priviera. They are not a professional but a fraud company only. I am from bhuj kutch and they invited us for dinner at REGENTA HOTEL where they described us about their membership and below their is list of the thing that they committed first and now they are denies to give that services.

And their sales person was mr. Viraj, mr. Sarfaraz and mr. Akshay who are behind this fraud.

1) they told us to pay through credit cards and the interest of that emi will be refunded by them and for that they also asked our bank details and now they all three person are not picking up my calls since last 3 months or more and its been 8 months of my membership and any amount of interest not received by them.

2) i also tried 3 times for my first complementary trip booking and every time after i mail details for booking they stopped receive my calls and at the end i have to cancel my booking.

Even their customer care number also not picking my calls and i tried thousands of time to call them but they never picking after taking 155000 rs and not picking our call is very frustrating experience and i recommend everyone to not buy any service from this fraud company.

3) they also promised us that we can book one day banquet hall at regenta hotel bhuj every year and then they denied for it too and told us that we can book only at their baroda resort only.

4) they told us that our complementary trip will include 3 return flight tickets and now they are saying that only one way ticket will be provided and after we agreed that book atleast three tickets but still not booking our trip and every time i tried to book trip they always stops answer our calls and we had to cancel trip.

5) Mr Viraj and Mr Akshay are the biggest scammer and fraud persons of their company where they first make many fake promise and convince us to buy their membership and when time for booking comes they don't receive our calls

And their booking person tell us that they will not provide that things which promised by sales person and they will provide only the things which mentioned in agreement.

So this is their company agenda to first bring the customer by fake promises and then after we try to book that service we are getting informed by their booking agents that we can provide only things which is mentioned in agreement.

And after agreed to book service as per agreement still not getting our booking confirmation 3 times. So this is pure fraud.

6) the main unsatisfying and unprofessional behavior done by their employees that after taking huge amount of money from us they don't take us seriously and never picking our calls like we are nothing to them and they made us begging to take their service which we payed for.

After all i strongly recommend you everyone to don't buy their any kind of service because it will be your life biggest mistake. That you will have to beg for service which you payed for and it will be most frustrating experience ever in life....
