The park priviera – holiday booking company, has given membership to me by promising to provide 5 start hotels/Resorts,But now they are not doing booking for any location asked, even when we try to book prior to 45 days as they claimed to do. they are denying for any hotel we ask for in any location. They don't pick calls even if dialed continuously and if sent email, they just provide with unrelated replay.
Its a total Fraud company and when asked for refund they are not even responding to mails and telling its not possible as its in their term and conditions. When they approach us to take the membership, they gave false promises coming out of their way in terms and conditions but now when we ask for refund they are show it as piont. How cheap.
