They do fraud by doing false commitment of services, after charging fees for long term they do not even respond you or they say that they can not do that booking. They gives you guarantee that you will get 4 star-5 star hotels, but then provide only options of 2-3 stars of hotels. They also offer flight booking, but they book the cheapest only where you have to hop multiple places spending lot of time.

While purchasing they promise that you can book any flight you want - just send us details we will book for you. But then they deny it when they have collected the fees. They also promise to refund the whole amount within 30 days if you are not satisfied, but then after membership is purchased - they say it is not refundable. When asked why the sales people are over-committing. They say we dont know why they are giving false promises, but we can not do anything now.
