I am writing to address an issue concerning an order I placed on November 12, 2023, for two units of the CasaStyle - Jonles 2 Seater Leatherette Sofa Set with Storage & Cupholder (Cream). Despite receiving the initial order confirmation, the delivery status remains unconfirmed. I have made numerous attempts to contact them through both email and phone, unfortunately with no success. The lack of communication has left me concerned and uncertain about the status of my order.

Given the circumstances and the absence of resolution, I find myself in the regrettable position of requesting the cancellation of this order. Understandably, this situation is not ideal, but it seems to be the only recourse available to address the current uncertainty.I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter, as it is of utmost importance to me. Additionally, I seek a prompt refund of the corresponding amount.

I have placed an order for Sofa and after seeing multiple customer complaints on Internet, I decided to cancel the order at the same day of placing an order. I am waiting for my refund from last 3 weeks but no response from their customer support. I have called multiple times almost 40-50 calls per day but no response received.

Their customer support is useless and there are unprofessional people who are doing a fake promises and doing fraud openly. This company is also present in Amazon, Flipkart marketplaces.

I already raised a complaint on Amazon, Flipkart regarding this. Do not buy anything from this company website https://casastyle.in/. It is totally fake. There is no tracking for Order delivery and once you place order you can't cancel. So your money will be blocked. Stay away from this company....

I have ordered a 8 seater L shape sofa from casastyle.in on 15 th april 2023. They told me it will be delivered in between 20 days. 24 days over the product not delivered. More of all customer care is not responding my msg call mail. I am contacting several time. I have given money to the website for the product....

I have ordered sofa online from CasaStyle.in & paid 10K in advance on 19th April'23 but then after receiving money from next day I didn't get any response, neither they receiving calls & replying msgs. Its already 11 days gone. Pls. Help to get my money back....

i have ordered a sofa on site which can easily be top searched on google named CASASTYLE.IN on which i have paid on a link send my the number mentioned on site. I made a payment of 2400/- after the executive chatted me a long time and after convincing me he send a payment link by name paybiz on which i made a payment, after that the company caller on contacting many times told me that the order which was to be delivered to me is by mistake delivered to another person and said to send me updates after 6th november.

After a week i called every numbers provided on site but they are now all unavailable and whatsapp numbers are also not replying me back..Please make my Hrd earned money be Refunded from this FRAUD company running on google flawless on search engine every time we make a search for sofa etc....

Ordered through their official site Casastyle.in only. They accept only prepaid orders and they won't respond for our emails and calls for order updates. Even after 10 days, not even a single reply so far....

Please shut this company casastyle down for good. There are so many open complaints against them for duping online shoppers. They have following mails ids and phone numbers for contact but no response on any after several attempts.

I have tried calling every number several times. I also wrote to them but no response. Numbers are not available or switched off. If they ring at all no one answers. They are fake selling through other online retailers also like amazon.

Their products have detailed fake reviews also to fool unsuspecting consumers. There should be action against them and refunds for the money they have looted from consumers.

I paid rupees 12,555 for an order of a 3 seater sofa and got a confirmation and an invoice also but nothing at all after that. Their website has no option for tracking an order or for cancelling it.

The invoice has no delivery date on it. There has not been any update after that. These people are modern day thief. They have complaints against them for several years. But yet they are being allowed to dupe so many people for so long.

It is shocking that they have mot been made to close their site. It is also surprising that retailers like amazon are doing no due diligence on fake sellers or fake reviews on their platform. They are running an elaborate con....

Hi, I have ordered sofa from casastyle.in
They told me you will get deliver within 7-8 days. But now it is more than 10 days and i didn't get any mail or calls or message updates.

Neither they reply to any of these i am calling them whole day no body replies.
I already paid 27,000 rs.

Once i spoke to customer care they told me they will deliver today and thn no reply and thn after 3 days they picked the call and again they told me you will get it by 28 april .. now today from the morning i am calling from the morning no body picking the calls no answer to whatsapp no answer to the mails .

I will be mentioning all the numbers they asked me to call but no body replies.

I ordered a sofa and they have not delivered yet. They r not even giving updates on mail or replying...

Placed an order on 21 April for a queen bed and paid 13K and got an e-mail stating that the order is successful. There was no communication on the expected delivery date. The next day, I tried connecting with them over whatsapp and did get a general "how may I help you" response. I asked about my order and expected delivery date and since then there has been no response for last 2 days at all - I have messaged and called several times at the only contact id given on the website

I also tried reaching over e-mail at the only given e-mail id. The next day after placing the order, I just got a response that someone will call me within 24 hours to get the confirmation for the order. Now it is more than 48 hours since I placed the order and still there is no response either over e-mail or over phone.

I have to shift my house next week and I am completely unable to plan anything because of such a non-responsive and unprofessional behavior. They have products listed at Amazon also but I chose to order directly from their website thinking it would be faster. Please help in resolution asap as I already paid 13K and struggling to proceed further....
