Placed an order on 21 April for a queen bed and paid 13K and got an e-mail stating that the order is successful. There was no communication on the expected delivery date. The next day, I tried connecting with them over whatsapp and did get a general "how may I help you" response. I asked about my order and expected delivery date and since then there has been no response for last 2 days at all - I have messaged and called several times at the only contact id given on the website
I also tried reaching over e-mail at the only given e-mail id. The next day after placing the order, I just got a response that someone will call me within 24 hours to get the confirmation for the order. Now it is more than 48 hours since I placed the order and still there is no response either over e-mail or over phone.
I have to shift my house next week and I am completely unable to plan anything because of such a non-responsive and unprofessional behavior. They have products listed at Amazon also but I chose to order directly from their website thinking it would be faster. Please help in resolution asap as I already paid 13K and struggling to proceed further.
