I have placed an order for Sofa and after seeing multiple customer complaints on Internet, I decided to cancel the order at the same day of placing an order. I am waiting for my refund from last 3 weeks but no response from their customer support. I have called multiple times almost 40-50 calls per day but no response received.
Their customer support is useless and there are unprofessional people who are doing a fake promises and doing fraud openly. This company is also present in Amazon, Flipkart marketplaces.
I already raised a complaint on Amazon, Flipkart regarding this. Do not buy anything from this company website https://casastyle.in/. It is totally fake. There is no tracking for Order delivery and once you place order you can't cancel. So your money will be blocked. Stay away from this company.
